Cherry Salsa

Ingredients   1 cup Cherries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons Basil (fresh and chopped fine)
1 tablespoon Green pepper (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Lemon peel; grated
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
Instructions   Pit and chop the cherries and combine with all other ingredients; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Yield: 3/4 cup

Note: Tastes great as a condiment with chicken, turkey or pork.
Nutritional Information   22 calories 1g protein 1/2 g fat 59 mg sodium 5 g carbohydrate
