Lemon Ice Box Pie

Ingredients   3/4 cup Egg Substitute
3 Egg Whites
1 can fat free condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie shell
2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions   Beat egg substitute
Add Condensed milk
Beat until smooth
Add lemon juice and beat until blended (the mixture should become thick)
Pour mixture into pie shell
Beat egg whites until stiff
Add cream of tartar and sugar and beat
Spoon egg whites over prepared pie mix in shell
Smooth out Whites to make sure there is no yolk showing around the edge
Use knife or spoon to make pattern in meringue
Bake at 400 degrees until meringue points are slightly brown
Chill
