2 lb. chicken breast (cut in strips or buy in strips)
1 bottle Honey Teriyaki or other marinade
1 can each: Bamboo Shoots, Water Chestnuts,
Straw Mushrooms, Bean sprouts (add other vegetables as desired)
1/2 cup peanuts
Rice of choice (fried or saffron)
Instructions
Cook chicken until pink is gone
Add bottle of marinade
Simmer until chicken is done (white all the way through)
Add Vegetables and Peanuts
Serve with rice
