Hot Oriental Cabbage Salad

Ingredients   1 ½ cups green cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 ½ cups red cabbage, coarsely chopped
2 cups julienned carrots
½ cup julienned red bell pepper
½ cup julienned yellow bell pepper
2-3 cloves minced garlic
½ cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed oil
4 tablespoons Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce or low-sodium soy sauce
1/3-teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions   Place a large nonstick skillet over high heat and coat with
butter-flavored nonstick spray.
Add cabbage, carrots and peppers to pan and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in garlic, onions and cayenne pepper; cook for 3 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and add Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce or soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil and toasted sesame seed oil.
Stir thoroughly until completely coated. Serve with chicken, beef fish or brown rice or serve alone.
