2 bags California blend vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box chicken Stove Top stuffing
½ pound Velveeta cheese
1 stick oleo
¼ cup milk
Instructions
Cook vegetables until tender and drain.
Place in a 9x13x2 inch pan. Pour undiluted soup on top. Pour milk over all.
Cut cheese into small cubes and add on top.
Mix Stove Top stuffing according to package directions, then add 1 stick melted oleo. Pour on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
