Fruit & Nut Slaw

Ingredients   2 1/2 cups finely shredded cabbage
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/3 cup raisins
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup peach yogurt
1 unpeeled, medium-size tart apple (such as Granny Smith), cored and chopped
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions  

Mix together the cabbage, celery, and raisins.
Combine the lemon juice, salt, and yogurt;
pour over the cabbage mixture.
Add the apple and walnuts and mix gently.
Transfer to a serving dish;
sprinkle the poppy seeds on top.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Yield: 4 servings
