Avocado Salad Dressing

Ingredients   1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and mashed
1/2 cup plain yogurt, or more if necessary
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon hot-pepper sauce (optional)
Instructions  

Combine the avocado, yogurt, oil,
garlic, salt, cumin, and hot-pepper
sauce (if using) in a blender or food
processor and blend until smooth.
Add more yogurt to thin the dressing
to desired consistency before serving.

Yield: 1 cup
