Layered Fruit Salad

Ingredients   3 cups shredded lettuce
1 honeydew melon, seeded,cubed, and rind removed
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, unsweetened or in light syrup, drained
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1 large banana, sliced in rounds
1 cup lemon or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions  

Place half the lettuce in a large salad bowl.
Top with layers of melon, pineapple,
berries, and bananas;
then add the remaining lettuce.
Spread the yogurt on top and
sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Toss gently before serving.

Yield: 6 servings
