1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced
2 oranges, peeled and cut up
1 unpeeled pear, cored and diced
2 tablespoons pitted and chopped dates
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 tablespoon liqueur (Grand Marnier, kirsch, or amaretto)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the sunflower
seeds, apple, oranges, pear, dates, raisins,
wheat germ, walnuts, and almonds. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with tahini and liqueur.
Fold all the ingredients together and serve.
