Grand Marnier Fruit Salad

Ingredients   2 apples
2 oranges
2 bananas
2 peaches
2 pears
1/2 cantaloupe (or honeydew)
1 cup grapes
3/4 cup dark raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup finely shredded coconut
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey, at room temperature
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
Instructions  

Peel the apples, oranges, bananas,
peaches, and cantaloupe, and
remove their seeds and cores.
Core the pears as well.
Cut all the fruit into small pieces.
Place the fruit in a large bowl and add
the grapes, raisins, walnuts, and coconut.
In a separate bowl, mix together the
yogurt, honey, and Grand Marnier.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit
mixture and stir to combine thoroughly.
Refrigerate or serve immediately.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
