Hawaiian Papaya Cooler

Ingredients   2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup milk
2 ripe papayas, peeled and seeded
2 ripe bananas
Dash of Angostura bitters
1/2 cup sugar
2 ounces peach liqueur
2 ounces light rum
1 cup cracked ice
Ground nutmeg, for garnish
Instructions  

Mix the yogurt and milk in a blender.
Mash the papayas and bananas
and add to the blender.
Add the bitters, sugar, peach liqueur,
rum, and cracked ice.
Puree and pour into glasses.
Top each with a sprinkle of nutmeg,
and serve.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
