Peach Colada

Ingredients   2 fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and pitted
1 cup plain yogurt
3 to 5 tablespoons peach jam, to taste
12 to 15 ice cubes
4 ounces white rum (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped almonds or coconut
Instructions

Place the peaches, yogurt, jam,
ice cubes, rum (if using), and almonds
in a blender and mix on high until the
ice is crushed fine.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Variation: For a delicious change of
flavor, substitute fresh strawberries
for the peaches and use strawberry
rather than peach jam.

Yield: 4 servings
