Best-Ever Shake

Ingredients   2 bananas
1/2 cantaloupe
1 papaya
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup grated coconut, fresh or packaged
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
Dash of cinnamon
Sprigs of mint
Instructions  

Remove all rinds, peels, and seeds from
the fruit and cut into large chunks.
Purée the bananas, cantaloupe, papaya,
applesauce, and coconut in a blender
or food processor until smooth.
Pulse in the yogurt, cinnamon, and
mint until fully blended.
Pour into glasses and serve cold.

Yield: 4 servings
