1 ripe banana
1 cup strawberry or raspberry yogurt
1 cup red raspberry sherbet
1 cup milk
Instructions
Put the banana, yogurt, sherbet, and milk in a blender and process
on liquefy for 10 seconds.
Pour into 2 tall glasses.
For an extra treat, float a scoop
of sherbet on top of each.
Yield: 3-4 servings
