Tropical Fruit Frappe

Ingredients   1 ripe banana
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup piƱa colada juice, chilled (try Winter Hill brand)
Fresh fruit, for garnish (optional)
Instructions  

In a blender, combine the banana,
yogurt, and juice;
process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve cold,
garnished with pieces of fresh fruit,
if desired. For a thicker frappe,
use more yogurt or blend in fresh fruit.

Yield: 2 servings
