Chocolate Frappe

Ingredients   2 1/2 cups milk
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup vanilla yogurt or 1 cup plain yogurt and 1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ice cubes
sprig of mint and a few raspberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions  

In a small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup
milk just below the boiling point and
remove from the flame.
Pour over the chocolate and stir until melted.
Cool to room temperature.
In a blender, pulse the yogurt
and ice until smooth.
Pour in the remaining milk and
chocolate and puree.
Pour into glasses and garnish with
berries and mint, if desired.

Yield: Serves 6
