Rise and Shine Smoothie

Ingredients   2 cups partially thawed frozen mixed berries
3/4 cup Stonyfield banilla yogurt
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup peach or apricot juice
1 milliliter echinacea extract (optional)
2 milliliters extract of ginkgo biloba (optional)
Instructions  

Blend the berries, yogurts, juice,
and extracts (if using) in a blender,
and serve.

Yield: Serves 2-3
