Strawberry Fruit Frappe

Ingredients   1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup apple-strawberry juice (try Winter Hill or After The Fall brand)
Instructions  

Reserve a few strawberries for garnish and hull the rest.
In a blender, combine the yogurt,
juice, and hulled strawberries.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses, garnish each with
a fresh strawberry, and serve cold.

Yield: 2 servings
