Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients   2 ripe bananas, peeled, wrapped in plastic wrap, and frozen
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup plain yogurt
2 or 3 ice cubes
Instructions  

Blend the bananas, apple juice,
yogurt, and ice cubes at
high speed in a blender.
Pour into glasses and serve cold.

Variation: Replace the apple juice
with 1 orange, peeled and with
seeds removed, plus 1/4 cup
orange juice.

Yield: 2 servings
