Strawberry Yogurt Shake

Ingredients   2 bananas, peeled, wrapped in plastic wrap, and frozen
2 to 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
1 quart plain yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons maple syrup
4 strawberries with stems for garnish
Instructions  

Combine the bananas, 2 to 3 cups
strawberries, yogurt, vanilla, and
maple syrup in a blender;
mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Pour into 4 drinking glasses,
or use parfait glasses for an elegant touch.
Garnish each glass with a whole strawberry.

Variation: Substitute other berries or
cubed cantaloupe for the strawberries.
Garnish the glasses with strawberries,
if available.

Yield: 4 servings
