1/3 C diced cooked ham
bread
4-5 eggs (to equal 1C beaten)
¼ C evaporated milk
salt & pepper
½ C shredded cheese
Instructions
Spray casserole with non-stick spray & cover bottom with bread chunks.
Mix together eggs, salt & pepper, milk.
Pour over bread.
Sprinkle ham on top.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Add cheese.
Bake in 375 oven for 20-25 min.
